Overview
     This program is specifically designed for individuals who work as Mangers with minimum three years in this managerial level and who have a career as a Human Resource Management professional. You need to pass an interview to prove a foundation in the HR business and then spend around a month studying all functional areas of Human Resource management.


     The certificate will provides specialized knowledge, skills and abilities about organizational systems and processes that focus upon enhancing human behavior in the workplace. The career track of graduates is aimed at entrance, at a professional/technical level, into either a generalist or specialist human resource management position. The attendee will also have an opportunity to pursue human resource consulting activities. Attendees are exposed to current developments in a constantly changing human resource management field. They learn about the legal and labor relations management issues impacting local and international business operations. Through our Directed Studies course, Attendees learn skills in both operational & consultancy and complete an industry consulting project.

    The program develops skills and abilities focusing on effective time and stress management, teamwork, making effective presentations, building a variety of interpersonal skills, problem analysis and decision-making.

    The program also exposes participants to the major computer and non-computer based systems and processes used in human resource management programs: human resource information, performance management, planning, compensation & benefits and selection systems.
